AN UPDATE. . .
just a quick update, my house is no longer for sale. i learned that i could keep it and still find a way to buy another. so for now, i am not going to sell beeks lane.

if you cut patterns out of clay and find a bit of distortion because of the blade 'sticking' to the clay, try dipping the tip of the exacto knife or blade in water when cutting out a pattern in clay. this relieves the drag on the clay.
